These Terms and Conditions describe your use of the ExploreVo mobile application ("ExploreVo") and related services provided by ExploreVo ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Account Registration

1.1. Account Creation: To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Booking Activities

3.1. Activity Providers: ExploreVo acts as a platform to connect users with activity providers in Morocco. We do not own or operate the activities listed on the App and are not responsible for the quality or safety of those activities.

3.2. Booking and Payments: When you book an activity through the App, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the activity provider. Payments are processed in cash, hand in hand after the activity is finished. Any refunds or disputes are subject between the user(you) and the activity provider.

4. User Content

4.1. Content Guidelines: User Content must not violate third-party rights, contain illegal or harmful material, or infringe upon intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these guidelines.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. App Ownership: The App, including its design, trademarks, and content, is owned by ExploreVo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our express permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
